Participants are requested to complete their conference registration through the official portal only after making the payment,
and are required to upload a photo of the payment receipt during registration.
Who Can Participate
The EntoFrontier 2026 invites scientists ,faculty members, research
scholars, students, academicians, entrepreneurs and private sector
representatives working in the field of entomology.Only M.Sc. and Ph.D.
students currently enrolled or those who have completed their degrees by
December 31, 2025 are eligible to register for ESC 2026.

- Opening of registration and abstract submission: 21 October 2025
- Last date for early bird registration: 30 November 2025
- Last date for abstract submission: 30 November 2025
- Last date for standard registration: 31 December 2025
Abstract Submission
- Submission of abstract is through the online portal only.
- The abstract should be typed in English using MS Word (single space; font – Times New Roman; font size – 12) and should not exceed 250 words.
- Abstracts must contain the title of the paper, name(s) of author(s) followed by their affiliation and e-mail.
- The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
- Abstracts should not be review papers; only original research work will be accepted.
- Previously presented work in any other conference will not be entertained.
- Shortlisted candidates during initial screening will have the opportunity to deliver presentations in person or virtually.
- Outstanding presenters at ESC2026 will be recognized for best oral and poster presentations.
- Shortlisted candidates for oral, poster, and virtual presentations will be intimated via email.
- Abstracts submitted by registered participants will be published in the Abstract Book.
- All participants will be issued a certificate of participation.
