Located along NH 544, KAU is well connected by KSRTC and private buses from Kochi, Kozhikode, and Palakkad. Taxis and autos are also available (approx. 20 minutes from Thrissur city).

Cochin International Airport (COK), 55 km away, offers domestic and international connectivity. Prepaid taxis, cabs, and buses operate regularly to Thrissur.
